Synopsis

The story runs on two clocks at once. In 1995, four friends from an orphanage claw their way out of poverty and into the underworld the yakuza control. At the heart of it stands Kazuma Kiryu, a fighter who lives by an unbending code, played by Ryoma Takeuchi.
The show carries over the neon streets, brawls and melodrama fans know from the Kiryu games, yet tells its own tale of growing up and betrayal.
