Synopsis
Bad Monkey (2024) is an Apple TV+ crime comedy series you can watch online on iFILM, with Vince Vaughn playing disgraced Florida detective Andrew Yarbrough — now reduced to inspecting restaurant kitchens in the Keys. When a tourist reels in a severed human arm, Yarbrough decides that's his ticket back to real police work. What unravels is a web of real-estate greed, island corruption, and the kind of eccentric villainy that could only happen somewhere this sunny.
The show is adapted from Carl Hiaasen's novel of the same name — Hiaasen has been writing Florida noir-comedy since the 1980s, and the source material is as sharp as it gets.
