Synopsis
Beneath the Valley of the Ultra-Vixens (1979) is Russ Meyer's bawdy sex comedy, and you can watch it online on iFILM. Set in a small American town where everyone is obsessed with sex, it's narrated by a fire-and-brimstone preacher who mocks the chaos on screen.
The thin storyline follows Lamar and Lavonia, a couple whose marriage stalls over Lamar's odd hang-ups. Meyer builds the rest as a string of cartoonish vignettes packed with his trademark figures: buxom women, hapless men, and farce turned all the way up. Kitten Natividad, a fixture of late-period Meyer, leads the cast.
This was Meyer's final film as director — a deliberately over-the-top jab at puritan small-town America and at the exploitation genre itself. Built for fans of grindhouse trash and cult '70s cinema. Stream Beneath the Valley of the Ultra-Vixens (1979) online on iFILM.
