All About Sex

All About Sex (2020) is an American coming-of-age dramedy you can watch online on iFILM. Morgan, Casey and Sage are three friends in their mid-twenties, each stuck somewhere different — jobs, money, men, and the nagging sense that everyone else got a manual for adulthood that they missed.

Casey is fighting depression, Sage waits tables at a coffee shop while dreaming of illustrating, and Morgan quietly takes on sex work to cover the gaps her promising publishing job won't. What holds them together is plain enough: cocktails, pizza and brutally honest talk about everything — careers, fears, bad dates and sex with the gloss stripped off. Writer-director Dakota Gorman also plays one of the women, and she keeps the film talky, low-key and closer to life than to glamour. One for anyone who knows how a friendship can keep you afloat while the rest of it storms.
