Am I OK? (2024) is an American comedy-drama you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Tig Notaro and Stephanie Allynne. Lucy and Jane have been best friends for most of their lives and believe they know everything about each other. Then Jane announces she's moving to London — and Lucy finally says the thing she's kept to herself for years.

Dakota Johnson plays Lucy with a specific kind of thirty-something drift: not miserable, not obviously lost, just quietly unmoored and suddenly confronted with the question of who she actually is. Sonoya Mizuno is Jane, trying to be supportive in ways that don't always land. The film is honest about how hard it is to help someone figure themselves out, and equally honest that the help sometimes makes things messier before it makes them better. At eighty-six minutes, it doesn't outstay its welcome or tidy everything up too neatly.
