Synopsis
Children of the Corn: Revelation (2001) is a Canadian horror picture you can watch online on iFILM. When her grandmother stops answering the phone, Jamie Lowell drives out to check on her — and finds the old woman gone, the apartment occupied by a handful of eerily silent children.
The harder Jamie digs for the truth, the clearer it becomes that something ancient has been waiting in the walls, and her questions are exactly what it needed to wake. Director Guy Magar moves the familiar nightmare from Stephen King's endless cornfields into a crumbling city building, trading wide-open dread for narrow corridors, shadows and ritual menace. Claudette Mink leads as Jamie, while genre veteran Michael Ironside lends the film some heft. The seventh entry in the long-running franchise is a lean, low-budget early-2000s scare — best saved for a night when you just want old-school horror with no pretensions.
