Synopsis
John Henry (2000) is a Disney animated short you can watch online on iFILM. It retells the African American folk legend of the steel-driving man said to have been born with a hammer in his fist, swinging it to blast railroad tunnels through solid rock faster than any crew alongside him.
Then the company rolls in a steam-powered drill that never tires, and John Henry stakes everything on one contest: flesh and muscle against the machine.
