Synopsis

Journalist Inès Léraud moves to Brittany to figure out why boars, dogs and other animals are dropping dead along the shore. The answer is brutally plain: rotting green algae releases a toxic gas. The harder she digs, the thicker the silence gets — samples that vanish from labs, bodies buried before any autopsy, quiet pressure on anyone who dares to talk.
The story is real. It follows reporter Inès Léraud and her investigative graphic novel about half a century of intensive farming poisoning the coast. Céline Sallette plays her with no movie heroics — stubborn, worn down, one woman against a wall of officials and agribusiness.
