Synopsis

Jack Peterson has been holding things together since losing his wife — three kids, a farmhouse by the lake, a life built on routine and not much else. When a pair of trumpeter swans nest on the pond at the edge of his land, wildlife biologist Ginny Newsom arrives to track them through their migration. Jack wasn't looking for company. Ginny wasn't planning to stay. Maggie Elizabeth Jones plays the youngest Peterson child with enough straightforward honesty to quietly steal scenes from both leads.
