Trouble arrives with a businessman called Mr. Twitchell, who has cooked up Summer Wheeze — a spray that wipes away snow and slush on contact — and wants winter gone for good. Holly has to keep Frosty from melting and talk the town into seeing snow as something to enjoy, not erase.
