A strange virus has turned roughly ninety percent of humanity into lust-driven zombies. In the ruins of Akihabara, a handful of uninfected men side with the undead and hunt the surviving young women, who are left to fight their way through a collapsed Japan. The story is really just a frame for deliberately cheap gore, grotesquerie and pitch-black humor.
