Synopsis
"The ABCs of Love" (Parents d'élèves, 2020) is a French romantic comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Vincent is thirty, professionally unmoored, and responsible for a nine-year-old named Bart whose mum works too many hours to be around. When the whole school assumes he's Bart's father, Bart begs him to keep the act going. Vincent agrees — because of the teacher.
Director Noémie Salio builds the entire story on that one lie and what it costs to maintain: PTA meetings, school fairs, group chats, and a culture of parent-speak that Vincent never signed up for. Vincent Dedienne and Camélia Jordana carry it — their chemistry keeps a thin premise from running dry.
