Synopsis
Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo (2020) is a Telugu action-comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Directed by Trivikram Srinivas and led by Allu Arjun, it follows Bantu, a young man who grows up hearing nothing but his father's disappointment.
The reason cuts deep: he was swapped at birth with a wealthy businessman's son. He talks his way into the rich family's home, first to make sense of it, then to fix what's broken there on his own terms. Pooja Hegde plays the woman he keeps throwing punches for; Tabu is the mother who never knew the truth.
Running close to three hours, the film leans on Thaman's songs, sharply staged fight scenes and Allu Arjun's easy swagger, and it became one of the biggest box-office hits in Telugu cinema.
