Synopsis
I Kissed a Girl (Toute première fois, 2015) is a French romantic comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Jérémie is thirty-four and two weeks away from marrying his boyfriend Antoine — then he wakes up in a stranger's apartment beside a Swedish woman named Adna he's never met. And he can't stop thinking about her.
The hook is sweet and a little absurd: Jérémie has been gay his whole life, and now, for the first time, he's falling for a woman. What follows is the most awkward coming-out in reverse, as he has to tell his friends, his parents and his fiancé that he might actually be straight. Pio Marmaï plays the bewildered hero without mugging for laughs, Adriane Gradziel is the irresistible Adna, and Camille Cottin and Franck Gastambide sharpen the comic edges. Directors Noémie Saglio and Maxime Govare keep it brisk and never let it turn preachy.
