The man who ordered the killings is Max's own brother, who now runs the criminal network they once shared. Max comes back with no interest in talking. Along the way he picks up Rachid (Óscar Casas), a teenager heading toward trouble — Max trains him partly out of practicality, partly because letting the kid get killed would add to the bill. The cast also includes Sergio Peris-Mencheta and Andrea Duro.

What sets Xtreme apart from the average revenge picture is the physical craft in Jaenada's fight sequences — choreographed and shot with real attention.
