Scare Me

Scare Me (2020) is a horror comedy you can watch online on iFILM. For most of its runtime it's just two people, a dark cabin and stories told out loud — and that's the whole trick.

Fred rents a Catskills cabin to write a novel and gets nowhere. His neighbour Fanny (Aya Cash) is a successful author whose horror book is already a hit. When the power cuts out, the two start scaring each other with made-up tales. The harder they perform, the more the monsters seem to crawl out of the dark — and Fred's real fear surfaces: Fanny is simply the better storyteller.
