The Tutor

The Tutor (2023) is a psychological thriller you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Jordan Ross. Garrett Hedlund stars as Ethan, a polished private tutor who takes a well-paid job at an isolated manor.

His new student — played by Noah Schnapp of Stranger Things — turns out to be more than a moody rich kid. The boy keeps circling something Ethan would rather keep buried, and each lesson chips away at the careful identity the tutor has built. Victoria Justice rounds out a tight three-hander. At 92 minutes it runs lean, trading gore for the slow dread of who cracks first.
