A fortune is hidden somewhere in the walls, and finding it means sharing the place with spirits you can only see through a special pair of glasses. Margaret Hamilton, the Wicked Witch of the West from The Wizard of Oz, turns up as the creepy housekeeper.

Castle was famous for stunts inside the theater, and for this one he cooked up "Illusion-O": audiences got red-and-blue viewers to reveal or hide the ghosts on cue.
