Hard Hit

Hard Hit (발신제한, 2021) is a South Korean thriller directed by Kim Chang-ju — watch it online on iFILM. A bank manager's routine morning commute turns lethal when an anonymous caller tells him there's a bomb wired beneath his seat: anyone who opens a door will trigger it, and calling for help is off the table. Cho Woo-jin carries the film almost entirely from inside the car.

The whole premise is the confined space, the real-time countdown, and the slow unraveling of why someone chose him. Ji Chang-wook appears as a detective working the case from the outside.
