Each episode splits into two parts: daytime interviews with locals and archival research, followed by a solo overnight lockdown. Bagans runs the investigations like an interrogation — baiting spirits with provocations, scanning for EMF spikes and temperature drops, capturing EVP audio that viewers spend the next day debating.
