Synopsis
The Ministry of Time (El Ministerio del Tiempo, 2015), Season 2 is a Spanish adventure drama you can watch online on iFILM — thirteen episodes guarding the doors that connect every era of Spanish history. The patrol that walks through them, though, is not the one you knew.
With Julián left behind in the past, a new face joins Amelia and Alonso: Pacino, a cop who fell out of 1981 and lands as a suspect in his own present. The missions reach further this time. El Cid's burial in the eleventh century. The first printing of Don Quixote in 1604. The Spanish flu of 1918. Houdini and the stagecraft of 1920s New York. The siege of Baler in the Philippines. Every fix to the timeline tears something else loose, and soon the Ministry itself is the thing under threat — because Philip II has discovered a taste for travelling through time, and he aims straight at 2016.
