Synopsis

When their friend collapses from an overdose, Stretch and Spoon make a decision: clean up for good. They set out to enter a government detox program and hit an immediate wall of red tape, bounced from one bureaucratic desk to the next while a pair of drug dealers and a suspicious detective close in from both sides.
