Synopsis

Three veterans of the Spanish Civil War drive out to the countryside for a rabbit hunt — on the same ground where they once fought each other. José needs money from Paco, who has done well since the war and remembers everything. A younger man, Enrique, came along for the day. Heat, alcohol, and twenty years of unresolved history — the rabbits go first.
