Synopsis
"Old Men: Robbers" (1972) — watch online on iFILM. This Soviet comedy from Eldar Ryazanov follows Myachikov (Yuri Nikulin), a detective edged toward retirement when his bosses push a younger replacement his way. His fix: stage the perfect crime and solve it himself. His old friend, engineer Vorobyov (Yevgeny Yevstigneyev), signs on to the plan.
They have everything mapped out — museum heist, hiding spot, alibi. Then a real thief finds the money first, and suddenly Myachikov is chasing an actual criminal without letting on he started the whole thing. Olga Aroseva and Andrei Mironov round out the cast.
