Synopsis
Bottoms Up (2006) is an American comedy you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Erik MacArthur. Owen Peadman, a small-town Minnesota bartender, drives to Los Angeles with a straightforward plan: earn enough money to pull his father's restaurant back from the edge of closing.
He talks his way into the Hollywood party circuit and meets socialite Lisa — Paris Hilton playing a version of herself — along with her uptight actor boyfriend who views Owen as a very inconvenient complication. Jason Mewes leads the film, with Kevin Smith and David Keith rounding out the cast. The whole thing is drenched in early-2000s celebrity gloss and plays it completely straight, which is either its charm or its problem, depending on your patience for that era.
