Fiend Without a Face
New Horrors! Mad Science Spawns Evil Fiends! ... Taking form before your horrified eyes!
Synopsis
Fiend Without a Face (1958) is a British sci-fi horror by Arthur Crabtree you can watch online on iFILM. Near a U.S. air base in rural Canada, people keep vanishing, and the bodies turn up with their brains drained dry. Locals blame the base's nuclear tests. The truth is far stranger.
Major Cummings (Marshall Thompson) gets the investigation, and the trail leads to an elderly scientist nearby who spent years on materializing thought — and finally cracked it. His invisible creatures feed on human brain and spinal matter, growing stronger with every kill, until they step out of hiding for one of the most memorable payoffs in B-movie history.
The film earned its cult name with the stop-motion crawling "brains" of its climax — shocking enough in 1958 that censors trimmed the footage in several countries. It's an easy pick for fans of old black-and-white horror, where pulpy mad science meets genuinely gruesome monsters. Stream Fiend Without a Face (1958) online on iFILM.
