The Creeping Flesh
A terrifying journey through the nightmare worlds of evil, insanity, and terrible revenge.
Synopsis
The Creeping Flesh (1973) is a British horror starring Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee, ready to watch online on iFILM. A Victorian scientist hauls a giant skeleton home from New Guinea, convinced he has found the bones of an ancient ancestor of man.
At home he makes the discovery he should have left alone: a single drop of water sends living flesh creeping back over the bones. Cushing plays the obsessive rationalist who believes he has distilled pure evil from the creature's blood into an injectable serum; Lee is his cold half-brother, circling the same prize. The professor's daughter is caught between the two men and the madness running in the family. Director Freddie Francis — an Oscar-winning cinematographer in his own right — drenches it all in the foggy Gothic palette of Tigon studios. The pleasure here is watching horror's two great icons cast not as vampire and hunter but as feuding brothers in lab coats. Stream The Creeping Flesh (1973) online on iFILM.
