Rampart

Rampart (2011) is an American crime drama you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Oren Moverman and co-written with James Ellroy. Woody Harrelson plays Dave Brown — a Los Angeles cop who may be the last true believer in a rule set he invented himself.

The year is 1999. The LAPD's Rampart division is already in freefall, with dozens of officers facing internal review for corruption and brutality. Brown is older-school than any of them. When a street confrontation gets caught on video, the department starts distancing itself. His two ex-wives and daughters are circling the damage too. Robin Wright, Sigourney Weaver, Ice Cube, Ben Foster, Brie Larson and Steve Buscemi make up an ensemble Moverman deploys carefully — most scenes belong to Harrelson, with the others arriving to show what Brown is costing everyone around him.
