No flights, no fixers, no escape. Just dishes to wash and people he spent his whole career not thinking about. Elio Germano plays one of the shelter residents, and the pairing between the two drives the film. Luchetti isn't after sharp satirical takedowns — he lets Tempesta's certainty crack slowly under the weight of ordinary life, which is what makes the thing land.
