Synopsis
The Handyman (Il tuttofare, 2018) is an Italian comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Antonio, a young law graduate, will swallow almost any humiliation for a shot at a seat in a top firm.
His mentor is Toti Bellastella — the self-styled Prince of the Forum, played by Sergio Castellitto as a brilliant lawyer and a casual tyrant. Antonio drives him, carries his bags, cooks his dinner. Then he passes the bar with flying colors and the partnership comes with a catch: marry Isabel, the boss's Argentinian mistress, so she can get Italian citizenship. Just one more little favor. Director Valerio Attanasio turns careerist servility into a sharp social comedy about a country where everyone is equal before the law, but some are rather more equal than others.
