Synopsis
Dad or Mom (2023) is a Mexican comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Florencia and Vicente are splitting up, and for once they both want the exact same thing: to not get stuck with the kids.
The trigger is timing. Both land the promotion of a lifetime in the same week, and three children simply don't fit the new schedule. So the soon-to-be exes wage a petty, escalating war of sabotage, each scheming to dump custody on the other. The nastier the pranks get, the clearer it becomes who they're really fighting.
Director Ernesto Contreras, better known for festival dramas, switches registers here and reworks a hit French premise for a Mexican audience, with Mauricio Ochmann and Silvia Navarro leading.
