Synopsis
The Watcher (2000) is a serial-killer thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Burnt-out FBI agent Joel Campbell quits Los Angeles for Chicago, hoping to bury the case that nearly broke him.
The quiet doesn't last. A string of brutal murders carries a sickeningly familiar signature: his old nemesis David Griffin has trailed him north and wants to play. Griffin mails photos of his next victims in advance and scrubs every crime scene spotless. James Spader plays the wrung-out cop, Keanu Reeves goes sharply against type as the killer, and Marisa Tomei is the therapist caught in between.
