The scientists escorting the cargo are running from the CIA, and nobody else on board knows what's riding below deck. Then the jet hits a storm. Turbulence pops the locks, a bite turns into an outbreak, and the cabin becomes a sealed box at 30,000 feet with the dead lurching up the aisles. On the ground, controllers quietly agree the plane can never be allowed to land.
