Onegin

Onegin (1999) is a British costume drama drawn from Pushkin's verse novel, and you can watch it online on iFILM. Martha Fiennes directs her brother Ralph Fiennes as Yevgeny Onegin, a jaded St. Petersburg aristocrat who inherits a country estate and trades the city for boredom in the provinces.

There he meets Tatyana Larina (Liv Tyler), a bookish, openhearted young woman who falls for him completely and writes to say so. Onegin turns her down with cool indifference. Years later, married and poised, Tatyana crosses his path again — and now it is he who burns, far too late.
