Turu, the Wacky Hen (La Gallina Turuleca, 2020) is a family musical cartoon you can watch online on iFILM. Turu doesn't look like the other birds — wiry legs, a bare little back, and a whole henhouse ready to laugh at her. Then Isabel, a retired music teacher, spots something nobody else does.

Turu's gift has nothing to do with eggs, which she never lays. She talks, she sings, she dances, and she pulls everyone into the fun. This Spanish-Argentine animation plays like one long concert — bright colours, back-to-back song numbers and a simple message that being different is fine. Spanish comedians Eva Hache and José Mota voice the leads.
