Synopsis

At 102, Dattatraya Vakharia has a single ambition: outlive the current world record-holder for oldest living person. His 75-year-old son Babulal thinks this is pointless and, in general, has not expected anything new from life for quite some time. The father's solution is to send Babulal to a nursing home until the son agrees to start living again. Amitabh Bachchan plays the father with a light, persistent mischief that keeps the film moving; Rishi Kapoor plays the weary son and is the right amount of difficult throughout.
