American Ninja Warrior (2009–) is NBC's long-running obstacle-course reality show you can watch online on iFILM. Competitors from across the United States race through multi-stage courses — city qualifying rounds, city finals — and the toughest athletes make it to Las Vegas for a four-stage superfinale modeled on Japan's legendary Mount Midoriyama course.

Firefighters, gymnasts, soldiers and teachers all show up with serious training behind them and plenty of personal stakes. Hosts Akbar Gbaja-Biamila and Matt Iseman keep the energy going whether someone clears the course in record time or hits the water on the very first obstacle. In 2014, competitor Kacy Catanzaro became the first woman to complete a city finals course — that run went viral the same night it aired.
