Synopsis

The competitive structure follows three acts: four Venice Beach qualifying episodes that trim a large field down to a handful, then four days of mountain boot camp in California where technique finally matters more than brute strength. The Japan leg brings the season's new wrinkle — beyond the Mount Midoriyama individual run, the final episode pits teams of top ninja athletes against each other in a Ninja vs Ninja playoff, turning the solo format into something more strategic.
