Master chef Victor Barinov, played by Dmitry Nazarov, gets a call from the very top: take his crew to Sochi and bring back the World Chef Championship title for Russia. The team's main rival is a sharp French competitor with Russian roots. Complications arrive in the form of Barinov's newly discovered son Ivan — a hacker dodging a criminal charge who now has to learn his way around a professional kitchen. TV personality Dmitry Nagiev is stranded in a mountain village being pushed toward a wedding he wants nothing to do with. Oleg Tabakov appears in a supporting role.
