Synopsis
It's Not That I Can't Get Married, I Just Don't Do It (2016) — watch online on iFILM. Miyabi Tachibana (Miki Nakatani) is 39, runs a beauty dermatology clinic in Tokyo, and has not had a boyfriend in five years. That, she insists, is entirely by choice.
At a gourmet dinner she meets Seiji Tokura (Naohito Fujiki), the restaurant owner, who delivers an unwanted verdict: she is simply not the kind of woman men pursue. Miyabi is furious, thinks it over, then goes back for more advice. The series adapts Keiya Mizuno's 2014 novel Sparta Konkatsu Juku and was helmed by three directors — Toshio Tsuboi, Arisa Kaneko, and Ayuko Tsukahara.
