From the End of the World

From the End of the World (世界の終わりから, 2023) is a Japanese sci-fi drama you can watch online on iFILM. Directed by Kazuaki Kiriya, starring Aoi Ito.

High schooler Hana lost her parents and has been coasting since — numb, going through the motions. Then she dreams of a ten-year-old girl surviving the Sengoku Era: no food, no safety, nothing but the will to get through the day. She wakes up in a government holding facility. Agents tell her the Akashic Record — the master ledger of every human fate — has lost a month of data for all of mankind. The girl from her dream is somehow the key to getting it back.
