Deadland

Deadland (2023), directed by Lance Larson, is a supernatural western thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Border Patrol agent Angel Waters (Roberto Urbina) and his colleagues bury a migrant who died in their custody and swear to keep it quiet. Days later, running a routine river patrol, Waters sees the dead man standing in the scrubland.

The ghost doesn't threaten anyone. He says "El Paso, please" — and keeps coming back. Larson frames the story inside the wide-open desolation of the border desert, and that setting does real work: there's nowhere to run, no crowd to disappear into, just flat horizon and the thing Waters can't outpace.
