Synopsis
The Kazakh horror film "Locked Up" (2023) is available to watch online on iFILM. Kema and Max are barely acquaintances when the holiday party wraps and they find themselves stranded inside an apartment with no way out — doors open onto more rooms, windows onto dead ends, and the walls just keep closing in. Director Olzhas Bayalbayev makes the setting itself the antagonist.
As the hours pass, the apartment reveals what it has been hiding. Ghostly children appear — prisoners of the same space, victims of something that happened long before Kema and Max arrived. Unravelling that history becomes their only path to survival. Roman Zhukov and Elizaveta Yuryeva lead the cast.
