Synopsis
Galactic Cat and the Groundhog Day (Gato Galáctico e o Feitiço do Tempo, 2024) is a Brazilian family adventure you can watch online on iFILM. It starts small: a boy named Roni inherits his grandfather's old watch, and the thing won't tick without a battery.
The hunt for that battery sends Roni to Kronopolis, a town with a problem nobody talks about — its children keep vanishing. As it turns out, a time-spirit pinched the battery and now bends the village's clocks to its will. Roni rounds up his friends, and the four of them set out to beat the thief and bring the missing kids home.
Director Rodrigo Zanforlin builds the film around Ronaldo de Azevedo, the YouTuber Brazilian kids know as Gato Galáctico.
