Synopsis
The Big Fix (Spelskandalen, 2022) is a Swedish drama you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Patrik Eklund and Jens Östberg. The story draws from a real scandal that shook Swedish sports in the early 1990s, with Josefin Asplund and Björn Elgerd in the lead roles.
Bosse is a gambler and sports fanatic who works out that some races and matches can be predicted — if you know who to call. He bets, he arranges things, and for a while it pays. Then prosecutors start building a file and the press starts following the money. Eva Melander rounds out the cast in one of the series' sharpest supporting roles as the pressure closes in around Bosse from both directions.
