Synopsis
The Black Cloud (2023) is a Russian mystery thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Twenty-year-old Olya can't handle her fits of rage on her own, so she starts seeing a therapist.
In session she lists everyone who pushes her over the edge — a university lecturer, her best friend, her boyfriend, her father, her mother — and silently wishes each of them a slow, agonizing death. Then the people on that list begin to die. One after another, in ways nobody can explain. Coincidence, a curse, or Olya herself? Director Karen Oganesyan keeps the answer just out of reach, while Maria Matsel makes her heroine both pitiable and frightening, with Maryana Spivak and Filipp Yankovsky alongside.
