Synopsis
Confrontation (2024) is a Russian crime mystery you can watch online on iFILM. Colonel Kostenko and his green partner, Lieutenant Tedeeva, are sent to Magadan to look into a murder that fits no familiar pattern.
The killer's signature rings a bell. The trail runs backward — to a near-identical case shelved in the final days of World War II. To corner a repeat offender, the two investigators have to work both ends at once: the fresh body in front of them and the wartime files where the answer lies buried. The closer they get, the clearer it becomes that the man never really stopped.
