"St. Maik" (Sankt Maik, 2018) is a German comedy series you can watch online on iFILM. Con man Maik Schäfer is on the run from custody and grabs whatever disguise he can find. A real priest's cassock fits well enough. He ends up installed as the acting vicar of a small Catholic parish in Läuterberg.

Nobody suspects him at first, which buys Maik time — but not as much as he needs. The parishioners keep arriving with genuine problems, and he keeps improvising solutions that a real priest would never attempt.
