National Security Agent (1999) is a Russian crime-comedy series you can watch online on iFILM. Mikhail Porechenkov plays Lyokha Nikolayev, an FSB operative who gets handed only the messiest assignments. No backup. No partner. Just himself and a working-class pragmatism that turns out to be surprisingly effective against blackmailers, corrupt officials and the occasional genuine national threat.

Each episode is self-contained — a new case, a new problem, the same Lyokha sorting it out alone. Andrei Krasko and Andrei Tolubeyev round out the recurring cast.
