Synopsis
A Discovery of Witches Season 2 (2018) — ten episodes you can watch online on iFILM. Diana and Matthew do the one thing no one expects: they walk back into time, landing in Elizabethan London, 1590, to hide from the Congregation.
The season's driving question is whether Diana can master her power before the wrong people find her. She hunts for a witch willing to teach an outsider married to a vampire — a hard sell in any century. Matthew navigates London's vampire court, then pulls them both to France to face his formidable father Philippe, and on to Bohemia for a tense encounter with Emperor Rudolf II and the elusive Edward Kelley, who may hold the Book of Life. Back in the present, Diana's aunts run out of safe harbour and end up sheltering with the last person they'd choose.
